SERIES VS. DREXEL
ODU leads, 12-8. ODU defeated the Dragons in Philadelphia on Feb. 7, 78-66. DeShawn Painter and Dimitri Batten each scored 15 points, while Richard Ross added 14. ODU outrebounded the Dragons, 33-29 and the Monarchs scored 14 points off Drexel turnovers. Derrick Thomas led with 18 points and Frantz Massenat added 17, while Leading scorer Damion Lee did not score. The Dragons defeated ODU here in Norfolk last Year, 73-72.

Hofstra defeated ODU, 70-59 Sunday night in New York as David Imes led with 18 points, followed By Taran Buie with 15 points. ODU was led by Dimitri Batten with 19, followed by DeShawn Painter With 13 points and 12 rebounds. Richard Ross who had one of Sportscenters top plays of the day with A dunk in the first half. The Monarchs turned the ball over 19 times while HU only 10.

KEN BAZEMORE UPDATE
The two-time CAA Defensive Player of the Year, Kent Bazemore has appeared in 37 games Thus far for the Golden State Warriors. He is currently averaging 1.5 points per game. He scored a Career high 11 points against OKC on Feb. 6. He scored 9 points (4-8 FG) along with 2 rebounds, 3 assts and two steals in a career high 30 minutes in a win over Cleveland. He also played 30 minutes with six points against Houston. Kent scored six points, four rebounds with five assists against Miami on Jan. 16 in 18 minutes. Bazemore is averaging 1.3 ppg.
