14 Monarchs Named to NFHCA National Academic Squad

GILBERT, Ariz. -- A total of 14 Old Dominion field hockey players have been selected to the 2017 Zag Field Hockey / NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad, the NFHCA announced on Thursday.

The Division I National Academic Squad program recognizes those student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or higher through the first semester of the 2017-18 academic year.

The following ODU players were selected:

Alexandria Brewer
Julia Demeester
Lacey Frazier
Alexis Gingerich
Danielle Grega
Tori Harwood
Erin Huffman
Camilla MacGillivray
Kealsie Robles
Kristie Robles
Carrie Sensenig
Julia Van Dorsten
Kristen Vick
Emilie Wanko

Grega, Sensenig and Vick all earned the honor for the fourth time in their careers.
