RICHMOND, Va. – The Old Dominion men’s basketball team (5-2, 0-0 C-USA) will travel to Richmond for a Saturday night showdown against VCU at the Siegel Center at 7:00 p.m. The game will air on MASN.

MEET VCU The Rams enter Saturday’s contest with a 4-3 record, after wins over Grambling State (94-65), North Florida (95-85) California (83-69) and Appalachian State (85-72). VCU’s has lost to Virginia (76-67), Marquette (94-83) and Michigan (68-60).
Virginia Commonwealth is coached by Mike Rhoades, who is in the midst of his first season at the helm in Richmond. A former VCU assistant coach and associate head coach under Shaka Smart from 2009-14, Rhoades spent the past three seasons in Conference USA as the head coach at Rice.
