Dear Camper,
Our camp stresses learning to play lacrosse. It will have stickwork, small game activities, half field play and scrimmages. We will teach lacrosse basics for individual skills as well as team concepts for attack, midfield, and defense play. Goal keepers get individual time as well as time with activities.
We hope to expose girls to the game of lacrosse so they'll improve both individually and as a team member. Heather Holt, ODU team members and I will teach all of the sessions and be there for other off field activities. Come join us for our lacrosse camp!
Sincerely,
Sue Stahl
