Another Monarch who is off to an impressive start this year, Bower teamed with Jack Kerr in the B division boat to help Old Dominion to a second-place finish in the Riley Cup...Elizabeth came on the scene in impressive fashion last year, placing third at the St. Mary's Open and MAISA Women's Dinghy in the fall...Finished first in the B division at the Women's Doublehand.
