Sailing Heads North for Three Events on the Weekend

The nationally ranked ODU sailing teams will be in action up north this weekend with three events

2012-2013: Captured a second place finish at the Edward Teach Memorial Regatta while paired with Grace Mason... Placed third in the A Division of the War Memorial while teamed with Dillon Paiva and Chloe Constants... Finished fifth with Alexa Cavalieri in the B Division of the Riley Cup... Individually, placed sixth at the MAISA Laser #2 race.

Prep: Won the Laser as a skipper in 2010... Finished first in the Orangebowl and Laser as a skipper in 2011... In 2012, won the Sears, Orangebowl, and his district as a skipper.

Personal: Born April 23, 1994... Son of Thomas David... Honor student in high school... On the homecoming court as a senior... High school FFA officer... Helped clean local lakes... Majoring in marine and supply chain management... Would like to manage a major port one day.
