NORFOLK, Va. - The Old Dominion sailing team completed another action packed weekend of races with both the coed squad and No. 5 women's team competing against highly talented fields.

At the Navy Spring Women's Regatta, the Lady Monarchs claimed 10th in a 17 team field that included nine of the Top 10 teams and 13 of the nations Top 15 teams.

No. 2 Charleston won the regatta, while No. 1 Boston College finished third behind St. Mary's.

The 18th ranked ODU coed squad finished seventh at both the St. Mary's Team Race Intersectional and John Jackson Memorial Team Race Regatta at Georgetown University.

Boston College won the St. Mary's Intersectional, while Harvard went 13-4 to claim the John Jackson Memorial crown.

ODU will compete in a pair of events next weekend, the Truxton Umsted Regatta and the St. Mary's Women's Intersectional.
