The Old Dominion women's sailing team currently stands in second at the 24th annual Joseph R. Duplin Trophy regatta hosted by Tufts University. The Lady Monarchs have tallied 69 total points after the first day of the two-day event.

Skippers Debbie Capozzi and Anna Tunnicliffe lead the way for the #1 ranked ODU women's squad as they stand 7 points behind first place St. Marys, who have 63 points in the two-division event. The 14-team field is 15 races into the regatta with the event concluding on Sunday.
