ST. MARY'S, MD -The Old Dominion sailing team failed to qualify for the ICSA Team Race Sunday, as the Monarchs finished 4th at the MAISA Team Race with a 6-9 record. The top three finishes qualified for the national team race May 30-June 1 at Cascade Locks, OR. Sailing for ODU was Jack Kerr (Redmond, WA), Cara Gibbons-Neff (Annapolis, MD) and Wade Schon (Millington, NJ); Bill Berg (Longwood, FL), Vincent Fontimayor (Virginia Beach, VA) and Michael Smith (Newport News, VA); and Anna Tunnicliffe (Perrysburg, OH), Christabelle Fernandez (Virginia Beach, VA) and Federico de la Puente Gomez (Spain).

MAISA Team Race Final Results:
1. Georgetown  	        12-3*
2. Hobart/Wm Smith	11-4*
3. St. Mary's		10-5*
4. Old Dominion	        6-9
5. Navy	  	        4-11
6. King's Point		2-13
