ANNAPOLIS, MD-- The Monarch sailors placed 15th at the Navy Fall regatta. ODU totaled 912 points for the four boat event. In the D division boat, Michael Collins placed eighth with 178 points, while Bobby Noonan was 11th in C division with 208 points.
