Charleston, SC-The ODU women's sailing team is in third place at the Charleston Spring Women's Intersectional in Charleston, SC. It is the first event of the spring for the ODU sailors, who are competing in a field of 13 teams from racing districts around the country.

Sally Barkow (Nashotah, WI) and Cara Gibbons-Neff (Annapolis, MD) are in sixth place in A division and Corrie Clement (Metarie, LA) and Liz Bower (Fairport, NY) are leading the B division.
