NORFOLK, Va. - The Old Dominion University coed sailing team is back in action this weekend when they head to the Navy Quad in Annapolis, Md.

Last weekend, the Monarchs hosted the ODU Quad in a scrimmage scenario in addition to taking seventh at the Charleston Spring Invitational.

Out of 18 teams, ODU took seventh at 141 points with the A-team finishing in fifth and the B-team taking 10th. Conditions for most of the weekend in Charleston were less than ideal with unseasonably cold temperatures and a steady breeze for most of the competition. Host College of Charleston won the event with a score of 58.

For ODU in the A-Division race, senior skipper Zachary Runci and sophomore crew Colin Voigt took fifth with a score of 61 while junior skipper Corina Radtke along with senior crew Shannon Wilkins and sophomore crew Jaclyn Hollander took 10th with a score of 80 in the B-Division race.
