The Old Dominion women's sailing team continues to be ranked first in the nation according to the SAILING WORLD's coaches' panel. The coed team made a jump to 13th from their previous ranking of 16 in this week's poll.

The Lady Monarchs won the Navy Spring Intersectional back on March 9th and finished eighth at the St. Mary's Women Intersectional this past weekend. The coed team recorded a second place finish at the Old Dominion Open earlier this month to qualify for the America's Trophy, which be held April 26th and 27th in Bronx, NY.

St. Mary's and Brown finished behind ODU in the women's standings while Harvard is ranked first in the coed division with St. Mary's and Stanford rounding out the top 3.

The Monarchs will host the annual Aaron Szambecki Team Race Intersectional at the ODU Sailing Center this Saturday and Sunday.
