CHESTERTOWN, MD (April 9) -- Old Dominion's eighth-ranked women's sailing team finished in second place at the Washington College Women's Open on Sunday, April 9th. Only four races were completed at the event due to inclement weather.

Corrie Clement (Metarie, LA) and Liz Bower (Fairport, NY) finished in second place in A Division, while Jessica Simpson (Ontario, Canada) and Anna Cobb (Mechanicsville, VA) did the same in B Division.

Hobart William Smith edged out the Lady Monarchs for the victory as they finished with ten points, followed by Old Dominion with 11, Washington College with 15, Georgetown with 17 and Navy with 20.
