CASCADE LOCKS, OR - The Intercollegiate Sailing Association named Anna Tunnicliffe (Perrysburg, OH.) first team All-American skipper and Cara Gibbons-Neff (Annapolis, MD.) first team All-American crew.

In November, Tunnicliffe, a junior, become the first female to capture two straight ICSA Women's Singlehanded National Championships. A finalist for the Quantam Female Sailor of the Year award, Tunnicliffe finished fourth at the U.S. Olympic trails. She led ODU's "A" division boat to seventh at the ICSA Women's National Championships, and first at the MAISA Districts.

Cara Gibbons-Neff, a senior finished third at the MAISA "B" division Championships and 11th at the ICSA women's national championships.
