NORFOLK, Va. - The Old Dominion University Sailing team is set to begin the fall portion of their 2012-13 season this weekend at home and in Annapolis, Md.

The Monarchs will participate in the annual Riley Cup hosted by Old Dominion at the ODU Sailing Center. The rest of the squad will travel to Annapolis, Md. for the Navy Laser Open and the Navy Radial Women’s Open hosted by the Naval Academy at the Robert Crown Sailing Center.

The Old Dominion University coed sailing team comes into the weekend ranked No. 15 in the Preseason National College Rankings presented by Sperry Top-Sider. 

Key returners for the Monarchs this season are senior skipper Dillon Paiva, junior skippers Brady Stagg and Corina Radtke, and sophomore skipper Andrea Luna.
