St. Mary's, MD (Sept. 24, 2000) -- The Old Dominion sailing team finished sixth at the St. Mary's Open today. The A division boat of Debbie Capozzi (Bayport, NY) and Cara Gibbons-Neff (Annapolis, MD) finished 7th with a score of 54. The B division boat of Anna Cobb (Mechanicsville, VA) and Allison Calderbank (Clearwater, FL) fared slightly better, finishing 6th with a score of 43.

The Monarchs will return to action next weekend at the Tom Curtis regatta in Washington, D.C., and at the Danmark Trophy in New London, CT.
