NORFOLK, VA--Senior Nate Tschohl (Chesapeake, VA/Hickory) took home CAA Men's Swimmer of the Week honors, and junior Noah Scully (Virginia Beach, VA/Salem) earned CAA Men's Diver of the Week honors for their performances last weekend in Old Dominion's triumphs over conference rivals UNCW, James Madison, and College of Charleston. ODU men's swimming is off to a perfect 9-0 start on the year, as they head into the final weekend of regular season action.

Over the weekend, Tschohl took five individual events in CAA action. Against UNCW, Tschohl won the 1000 freestyle (9:49.95), 500 freestyle (4:44.79), and 200 butterfly (1:54.32). In the tri-meet victories of JMU and College of Charleston, Tschohl again won the 1000 freestyle (9:54.96) and 200 butterfly (1:55.88). He also came in 2nd in the 500 freestyle. Tschohl earned the honor for the second time in his Monarch career, last winning it in 2004.

Scully won the 3-meter diving event (325.50) in a victory over UNCW and defending CAA champion Dean Berman. Against C of C and JMU, Scully swept the 1-meter and 3-meter events, scoring 245.30 in the 1-meter and 299.95 in the 3-meter diving. This is Scully's second time being awarded CAA Diver of the Week, and the third of his career.

ODU swimming and diving returns to action Friday night as they travel to Fairfax to take on American, Army, and George Mason. Events begin at 5:00 p.m.
