ODU leads, 34-20. The Patriots defeated ODU, 71-46 in Fairfax bank on Jan. 10th. Nick Wright scored 14 and Keenan Palmore added 13 points, while Mason's bench outscored ODU's 58-9. Mason's Sherrod Wright scored only one point.

The Monarchs lost at Georgia State Saturday, 83-63. ODU's ninth straight loss. DeShawn Painter scored 15 points with a career high 14 rebounds, followed by Richard Ross with 15 points and nine boards. GSU was led by freshman R.J. Hunter with 38 points, including 10 three-pointers. GSU shot .538 from the field, while ODU shot .322. The 10 treys in a game equals the mark set by Dre Smith of George Mason against JMU on Jan. 19, 2008. The ODU Mark is nine set by Mark Poag vs. VMI in 1997.
