Recap:

NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University football held its third annual Pro Day in front of approximately a dozen scouts, Thursday afternoon at the L.R. Hill Sports Complex.

Nine former Monarchs participated in Pro Day, starting inside with the vertical jump, broad jump and bench press before heading outside to do the 40-yard dash and spring drills as well as position workouts.

Former Monarchs Alex Arain, Chris Burnette, Michael Colbert, Nick Mayers, Jonathan Plisco, Carvin Powell, Erik Saylor, Devon Simmons and Craig Wilkins worked out.
