JACKSONVILLE, FL--ODU senior Eric Onesi finished with a 54 hole score of 226 to tie for 11th at the JU TPC Invitational. As a team, the Monarchs finished 11th in a field with three nationally ranked teams.

Onesi shot 72 and 74 in the final two rounds, while Neil Henderson shot a 78 in the final round to finish at 240 and tied for 46th. Zach Hall also shot a final round of 78 today.

39th ranked East Tennessee State won the tournament by three strokes over 34th ranked Wake Forest. Sixth ranked Brendan Gielow of Wake Forest won the individual medalist title with a 218. ODU returns to action, March 8-10 at the Palmas Del Mar Collegiate in San Juan, PR.
