NORFOLK, VA-- The ODU Soccer Monarchs (7-5-2/4-2-1) host the Huskies of Northeastern (5-3-6/3-1-3) Saturday night at 7 p.m. in the ODU Soccer Complex. The Monarchs are currently in third place with 13 points, just two behind CAA leader UNC Wilmington.

The Huskies are led in scoring by Lewis Ehrlich with five goals, two assists for 12 points, and Mike Kennedy with four goals, two assists for 10 points. Ehrlich ranks fourth in the CAA in total points. In the net Scott Partridge has six shutouts this season and a 0.84 goals against average.Partridge ranks second in the CAA in goals against average and third in saves.

The Monarchs are led by Steffen Rabben who assisted on two goals in ODU's 2-1 overtime win against James Madison on Wednesday night. Rabbel leads the team with five goals, two assists and 12 points. Trevor Banks is second with four goals and one assist for nine total points.

ODU has used two keepers after the pre-season injury to All-CAA keeper Evan Newton. Sophomore Brennan Kirkpatrict has a 0.47 goals against average and three shutouts this season, while freshman Michael Roura has a 0.87 goals against average and four shutouts.

ODU and Northastern have met on four previous occasions, with the Monarchs leading the series, 3-1. ODU won last year's meeting, 2-0.

PARKING REMINDER Parking for the football scrimmage and men's soccer game will be available at the Powhatan Sports COmplex Lot 43, as well as in the lots adjacent to the baseball and soccer stadiums (Lots 48,54 and 55). Overflow parking for both events will be available at the Elkhorn Avenue parking garage on 43rd street. Fans should be aware the football scrimmage begins at 6 p.m.
