Ochagavia and Lopez Villa Advance in Doubles at ITA All-American Tournament

TULSA, Okla. - Carlos Lopez Villa and Albert Ochagavia are one victory away from reaching the main draw in doubles competition at the ITA All-American Tournament Tuesday in Tulsa. In the first round of prequalifying, Lopez Villa and Ochagavia defeated Mark Kovacs and Szimon Tatarczik of Purdue, 9-8 (7-2). The duo dominated Tyler Brown and Joel Rubio of Texas-San Antionio, 8-0. Earlier in the day, Ochagavia defeated andres bocura of Florida State 7-5 6-7 6-3, in the singles back draw. Ochagavia and Lopez Villa will continue their quest to make the doubles main draw on Wednesday.
