What has been the best moment in your tennis career thus far? "When I was playing for my club (Tejar de Somantes), I won the Spanish Championship."
What do you like to do in your time away from tennis? "I like being with my friends. A lot of times we will go to other ODU sporting events and to the movie theatre."
Plans after graduation: "I'll probably go back home to Spain."
What do you miss the most about being away from home? "The food!"
When did you start playing tennis? "When I was nine years old."
Favorite type of music: "Pop music"
Biggest inspiration: "Rafael Nadal"
Favorite restaurant: "Olive Garden"
Favorite animal: "Elephants"
Favorite sport to watch (other than tennis): "Soccer"
Why did you choose ODU?: "Head coach Aljosa Piric recruited me and I really liked it when I came to visit."
Dream vacation: "I really want to go to Miami, Florida."
Favorite thing about the Hampton Roads area: "I love going to MacArthur Mall with my friends."
Favorite movie: "Taken 2"
What goals have you set for you and this team for this season? "I want for every player on this team (including me) to play as hard as we can everyday and to keep improving. I also would like for our team to get nationally ranked."
