FAIRFAX, VA -The Old Dominion wrestling team won both their duals during the first day of the CAA Duals, defeating Rider 26-16 and Sacred Heart 34-9. With the wins, the Monarchs improve to 4-3 overall for the season and are 2-0 in the Colonial Athletic Association. The Monarchs will return to action tomorrow, when they'll take on Boston University at 10:00 AM, Drexel at noon and Wagner College at 2:00 PM. Times were moved up one hour from the previous schedule due to the threat of bad weather in the Northern Virginia region.
