Lawrenceville, NJ-Rider University defeated Old Dominion 40-6 in collegiate wrestling this evening. Sophomore heavyweight Derrell Lorthridge (Wilmington, DE) and senior Jeff Rusak (Reading, PA) picked up wins for ODU, which falls to 0-5 on the season.

Lorthridge earned his 13th win of the season with a 3-1 overtime win over Vinny D'Agostino and Rusak posted a 9-7 decision over Rider's Nick Catone. Rusak, ranked fourth nationally, remains undefeated at 20-0 and moves his career record to 120-17.

Overall, the Broncs' had four pins and four major decisions against Old Dominion, who will be away for their next two meets. The Monarchs will take on Virginia and Kent State on February 2, followed by a road trip to James Madison on February 7.
