Harrisonburg, VA-Old Dominion wrestlers Jeff Rusak (Reading, PA) and Ben Summerlin (Lynchburg, VA) have advanced to the semi-finals of the 2002 CAA wrestling championships at Old Dominion University.

Rusak, the #1 seed at 174, won his first and only match of the day with a technical fall victory in the quarterfinals.

Summerlin, the #3 seed at 165, pinned Adam Rees of Campbell in the first round and Wagner's Terry Madden in the quarterfinals.

Blake Romano (Boiling Springs, PA), Derrell Lorthridge (Wilmington, DE) and Jesse Pearce (Norfolk, VA) remain alive in the consolation brackets of their respective weight classes.

Semi-finals and finals are set for tomorrow. 28 Wrestlers from the CAA will earn bids to the NCAA National Championships.
