Harrisonburg, VA-Old Dominion senior Jeff Rusak (Reading, PA) won the CAA title at 174 to pace the Monarchs to a eighth-place finish at the 2002 CAA Wrestling Championships at James Madison.

Rusak pinned Drexel's Ben Chunko in the championship match to claim his second-straight conference title and improve to 33-0 on the season. He has now qualified for the NCAA National Championships for the fourth year in a row.

Hofstra won the 2002 CAA title and had the tournament's Most Outstanding Wrestler in Jason DeBruin.
