Norfolk, VA-Old Dominion senior Jeff Rusak (Reading, PA) has been named the CAA wrestler of the week for the second time this season following his outstanding performance at the 2001 Midlands tournament.

Sharing the award with Rusak is Hofstra's Jason DeBruin, who also made an impressive run in the 149 lb. division at Midlands.

Wrestling at 174, Rusak rolled up a 5-1 record and a third place finish against some of the best collegiate and amateur competition in the country. His only loss of the tournament was against defending champion Joe Williams of Sunkist Wrestling Club, who went on to win a record-tying 8th straight championship.

Rusak is currently 15-1 this season and has a career record of 115-18. He has defeated three different nationally-ranked wrestlers on four separate occasions this season and will take on ninth-ranked John Kopnisky of Missouri on Tuesday evening.
