NORFOLK, VA - Head coach Steve Martin and his Wrestling Monarchs travel to the Hampton Coliseum this weekend to compete in the 26th annual Virginia Duals. This is ODU's 19th year competing in the tournament.

ODU will face no. 8 Bloomsburg in the first round. The winner/loser will go on to face the winner/loser of no. 1 Indiana/Virginia Tech in the second round. The first round bouts are set to begin at 9:00am Friday morning; the second round will follow at 1 pm. Consolation, Semi, and Championship rounds will take place Saturday.

Old Dominion is 0-2 all-time against Bloomsburg, and hasn't competed against them since 1970. ODU is 1-1 all-time against Indiana, a 16-13 all-time against the Virginia Tech Hokies. Last year ODU went 1-2 at the Virginia Duals losing their first round to UT-Chattanooga 0-44, winning their second round over The Citadel 26-16, and finally falling to Ohio by a close 18-20 score.
