NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University's Brennan Brumley has been named the Colonial Athletic Association Wrestler of the Week for all competition Jan. 29-Feb. 4.

Brumley, a senior from Center Line, Mich. (Warren Woods Tower HS) has filled-in at 149 and 157 pounds for the Monarchs this season. On Feb. 3 in Mt. Pleasant, Mich., Brumley defeated Central Michigan's Lucas Smith (157), 6-3. Smith was the No. 29 ranked wrestler in the nation at the time. 

Brumley has compiled a 20-8 record this season with eight pins. The senior from Michigan is 16-6 at 149-pounds and 4-2 in matches at 157-pounds.

The Old Dominion wrestling team will be back in action against No. 11 University of Virginia this Sunday, Feb. 10 at 1:00 p.m. in Charlottesville, Va.
