NORFOLK, Va. - The Old Dominion University wrestling team officially began practice on Wednesday for the upcoming 2012-13 season.

Monarch Media caught up with head coach Steve Martin, redshirt junior Justin LaValle and junior Tristan Warner to talk about the first day of practice and the upcoming season.
