NORFOLK, VA. - The Old Dominion University Fall Wrestling Coaches Clinic, featuring Cary Kolat, and Monarch coaches Gray Simons and Joe Barnik will be on Oct. 27th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the fieldhouse wrestling room.

Kolat is a four-time All-American at Lock Haven and two-time NCAA Champion. He won the 1997 silver medal and 1998 bronze medal at the World Championships and was a member of the 2000 U.S. Olympic team.
