NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University women's basketball senior Mairi Buchan has been named to the Scotland National Team.

Buchan joins the national team that will compete in the European Small Countries tournament that will begin July 10.

Buchan played in all 32 games last season for the Lady Monarchs, scoring 7.0 points and 4.3 rebounds per game.

Michelle Brandao has been playing for the Portugal National Team this summer.

In six games so far, she is averaging averaging 14.3 minutes per game and 2.2 assists per game. In the squads last game against Belarus, she scored eight points. Portugal plays Hungary next.
