SCHIO, ITALY - Six Lady Monarchs scored in double-figures as Old Dominion University's women's basketball team defeated Illirija-Slovenian Club team, 102-44 Saturday afternoon. The Lady Monarchs are now 2-0 on their five game/ten day tour of Italy and Switzerland.

Junior guard Okeisha Howard (Va. Beach, Va.) led with 16 points and sophomore Monique Coker (Bronx, NY.), the CAA Tournament MVP scored 14. Corrina Turner (Miami, FL.) and Shareese Grant (Va. Beach, Va.) scored 13 each, while Sharron Francis (W.Lanham Hills, MD.) scored 11 and Hamchetou Maiga (Bamako, Mali) scored ten.

The Lady Monarchs led 52-32 at halftime. The two teams will play again on Sunday.
