Scored a pair of goals and was part of Victoria U-21 Indoor Team that won Australian National Championship in January 2013. Prior to Old Dominion: Played field hockey and ran track at Lauriston Girls School in Victoria, Australia... Part of the hockey under-18 national championship team in 2010 and the indoor hockey national development squad in 2010... State champion in track and field relay in 2009 and 2010... National champion in surf lifesaving in 2011... Sports Captain of her school in 2012. Personal: Born Sept. 30, 1993... Daughter of Phil and Debbie King... Has one sister, Amber and one brother, Frazier... Mother, Debbie won the gold medal in the 400m hurdles in the Olympics, world and commonwealth games for Australia... Father, Phil coached the Australian track and field program from 1984-1990 including in the Olympics... Majoring in physical education and teaching at ODU. Why ODU?: "A fantastic field hockey program, great education and a chance to experience a university overseas."
