COLLEGE PARK, MD. - Sophomore Angie Loy's(Loysville, Pa.) goal with 11:31 left in the first overtime lifted third ranked and defending National Champion Old Dominion to a 1-0 victory over top ranked Maryland Sunday afternoon. The Lady Monarchs have beaten the Terps twice this year. The Lady Monarchs are now 11-3 and have won three overtime matches this year.

After a scoreless regulation, Junior Tiffany Snow (Escondido, CA.) passed to Loy off a penalty corner for the sudden death victory. Old Dominion's junior goalkeeper Marybeth Freeman pitched her fourth straight shutout and seventh of the year. She had three saves on the day.

The Lady Monarchs travel to Chapel Hill, NC to take on fifth ranked North Carolina Wednesday afternoon at 1 p.m. UNC was
