NORFOLK, Va. - The Old Dominion University Lacrosse team continues their Player of the Week for the 2011-12 season, calling it the "Mane Monarch".

This week's winner is junior midfielder Carolyn Burns. Last season, Burns (Blue Ball, Pa.) started in all 15 games and scooped up 15 groundball, earned seven draw controls and cause six turnovers for the Lady Monarchs.
