Junior forward Jen Henley was named the CAA women's soccer player of the week on Sept. 18 for her performance at the Tribe/Nike Soccer Classic. Henley tallied one assist in the Lady Monarchs win over UNC-Greensboro on Sept. 15 and scored two goals in their win over Seton Hall on Sept. 17.

Henley is currently tied for first in scoring in the CAA with 6 goals and 3 assists for 15 points. She is currently the team's leading scorer and is just three points shy of becoming Old Dominion's all-time leader in points.

Henley finished her high school career at Central Bucks West with a school record 70 goals and All-American status. In her first year at Old Dominion, Henley broke the single-season points record (36 pts.) and finished in the top five of nearly every category en route to being named a Freshman All-American. That team finished the season at 11-7 and claimed the CAA regular season crown. So far this year, the Lady Monarchs are 4-3, 0-1 CAA.
