NORFOLK, VA (Oct. 22, 2000) -- The Old Dominion women's soccer team defeated visiting Mercer University this afternoon, 6-1. With the win, Old Dominion improves to 12-7 on the year and sets a new record for most victories in a season. Altogether, five different players scored for Old Dominion, including seniors Kim Maurer (Marlton, NJ) and Lauren Rafal (Va. Beach, VA).
