The Old Dominion swimming and diving team will host their first home event of the 2002-03 season on Saturday at ODU's Scrap Chandler Pool. The diving competition will begin at 11:00 a.m. with the swimming events set to begin at 1:00 p.m.

The Monarchs welcome George Washington and Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) foe Drexel to Norfolk for the event, which is being sponsored by the Virginia Lottery.

The women's team is 2-3 in team competitions and also recorded a fifth place finish at the University of Maryland Invitational. The men's squad is 1-2 and took sixth at the UM tournament.

Admission is free for this all day event.
