Loss At No. 13 William & Mary Halts Women's Tennis' Four-Match Win Streak

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. -- The Old Dominion women's tennis team fell, 5-2, to No. 13 William & Mary at the Busch Courts on Wednesday afternoon.
The loss dropped the Lady Monarchs to 15-4 overall, snapping a four-match win streak. Old Dominion captured points at No. 5 and No. 6 singles. Barbara Costa took home a straight set, 6-1, 6-2 win at the No. 5 spot over the Tribe's Carmen Pop, while Daniela Cohen also used straight sets in her, 6-3, 6-3, victory against Barbara Zidek at the No. 6 position. The Lady Monarchs return to action on Sunday, April 8th when they take on No. 47 South Alabama at Huntington Park in Newport News. #13 William and Mary 5, Old Dominion 2
