Fourth Seed Cahana Upset in NCAA 2nd Round
May 22, 2002 Palo Alto, CA. -- Old Dominion sophomore Nataly Cahana (Quriat Balik, Isreal), lost her second round NCAA Women's Tennis Championship match to Lindsay Dawaf of the University of Florida, 3-6,6-4,6-3. Cahana was seeded fourth in the tournament.
Cahana advanced to the second round with a 6-4,6-0 victory over Linda Faltynkova of Oklahoma
State. She finishes the season with a 35-8 overall record.
